Gladys McClusky

Gladys Irene McClusky passed away on Saturday, March 10th 2018; peacefully at her home at the age of 91, surrounded by her family.

Gladys is survived by her husband, Mike McClusky; her brother, Harold (Gloria) Usher; her children Lori, Chuck, Wally, Tom and Bill Wolfe, along with her step-children, Jeff and Greg Nickerson; their 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

She was born in Royal Oak, Michigan on May 4th, 1926 to Harold and Stella Usher and graduated from Berkley High School in 1944. She moved to Cheboygan, Michigan in 1975, where she lived for over 30 years. She was a founding member of the Cheboygan Lioness Club. She lived in Traverse City, Michigan for three years. Gladys was known for her great sense of humor and left everyone one she met with a funny memory and a lasting smile.

There will be a private family memorial service in May, 2018. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Gladys’ memory to Munson Hospice, Traverse City.
