Gladys Holcomb, age 93, of Lake City, Florida passed away June 25, 2018. Gladys was born May 2, 1925 in Lake City, Florida. A service will be held Friday, June 29, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Mount Ever-Rest Cemetery. Gladys was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Holcomb; her parents: Jane and Henry Williams; son, Robert Holcomb Sr. and many brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughters: Patricia Betts and Michial (Betsy) Holcomb; grandchildren: Jennifer Holcomb-Walker, Frances Nielson, Robert Holcomb Jr., Heather Holcomb-Berry, Tina Holcomb, Beth (Larry) Sharp, Glen Richter, Amy Crummel, Gary Smith, and her sister, Martha Douglas. Gladys had many great grandchildren and great- great grandchildren.
Gladys was loved by her family and friends. She will be missed dearly by her caregiver of the past year, Charles Betts. Gladys lived a long and beautiful life.
