KRILL, Frederick Martin

Passed away Wednesday March 24, 2006. He was born March 2, 1922 in Kalamazoo, and was the youngest of 5 brothers. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Nella, and his four brothers: Robert, Louis, Charles, and Ralph. He married his high school sweetheart Doris Anne Haas on July 18, 1942. Fred served in the Navy, in the Pacific in WWII. Before Retiring in 1982 Mr. Krill was the owner-operator of the Prudential Nursery of Vicksburg, which was originally founded by his father, Charles. Fred was the beloved husband of Doris; loving father of Frederick E. (Cynthia), Janet (James), Carter, Donald, Thomas (P.J.), Charles (Cynthia), James (Judy), Joyce, Phillip (Susan), Joseph (Robyn); dear grandfather to 22; great grandfather to 5. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church: 936 Lake St. Interment will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Sisters of St. Joseph, or Hospice of Greater Kalamazoo. Celebrant: Rev. Msgr. Michael D. Hazard.
