Frank S. Rallo, age 87, passed away Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Ascension All Saints Medical Center. He was born in Racine, April 28, 1930, son of the late John and Mary Rallo.

On September 25, 1954 he was united in marriage to Marion A. Clementi. In his earlier years he proudly worked side by side with his brothers at Rallo’s Barbershop on State Street. Frank also owned and operated the Franksville Barber Shop for many years, and then retired from the Captain’s Chair in 2017. He was a longtime faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Frank will always be remembered for his green thumb as he had a great passion for gardening. He looked forward to playing cribbage and cards with the Men’s Card Club on Wednesday nights. More than anything he loved and cherished time with his family.

He will be dearly missed by his loving wife of sixty-three years, Marion; his children, John Lee (Julie) Rallo, Annette Marie (Clark) Kohlhagen, Lee Charles (Mary Jo) Rallo, Gina Marie (Jerry) McCarthy, Mark Joseph (Jen) Rallo; his grandchildren, Paul (Kara) Rallo, James Rallo, AJ Kohlhagen, Anthony Rallo, Lydia Rallo, Jerry McCarthy, Ashley (Chris) Taylor, Alyssa McCarthy, Avery Johnson; brother-in-law, Steve (Jean) Clementi; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by an infant son; and his brothers and sister, Joseph (Sara) Rallo, Charles (Vivian) Rallo, John (Marian) Rallo, Frances (Raymond) LeGault.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, April 20, 2018, 11:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2201 Northwestern Avenue, with Rev. Ricardo Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Garden Mausoleum, Hwy 32. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Friday at the church from 10:00 A.M. until time of Mass at 11:00 A.M. Memorials to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Disabled Veterans or Boys Town have been suggested.

A special thank you to Dr. Michael Ansani and to the 2C nurses and staff at Ascension All Saints for their loving and compassionate care.
