Mrs. Farrel Charlotte

Of Kalamazoo

Peacefully went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 13, 2006. Farrel was born April 4, 1912 in Cincinnati, Iowa, the daughter of Teddy and Okal (Glaspie) Millizer and had been a resident here since 1951. She had a very strong faith in the Lord and expressed it to everyone she came in contact with. She loved spending time with her family, playing the organ and crocheting. Farrel was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 70 years, Roy LaVern Perrin; her parents; 2 sons, Billy Lavern and Roy Edward; 2 sisters, Nina Clark and Violet Baxter; a brother, Vernon Millizer and a great-grandson, Mark Bagley. Surviving are a son, Jack D. Perrin of Mystic, IA; a daughter, Kay (Kendall) Bagley of Kalamazoo; 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Services will be held 1:00 Tuesday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick Street with her grandson, Rev. Jac Perrin officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery. Friends may meet the family Monday from 6-8pm and Tuesday from 12-1pm at the Memorial Chapel. Memorials in Farrel's memory may be directed to the West Michigan Cancer Center, the West Michigan Heart Center, or the Borgess VNA Hospice.
