Passed away on November 29, 2017. He spent his working years in the Sheet Metal Worker Local 7. Gene loved his family and friends and enjoyed spending time outdoors and especially on the Tahquamenon River. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Chris; their 2 children, Lynn (Keith) Anderson and Eric (Jenn) Wubbenhorst; and 3 grandchildren, Logan, Allison and Samantha. There will be a Party of Life held at The Fraternal Order of Eagles (110 Chestnut St., Allegan) at 3:00pm on Saturday January 6th to celebrate Gene's life. In lieu of flowers, please give to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
