Esther Healy

Esther Marie (Menck) Healy age 85, passed away Tuesday morning, January 23, 2018 at her home with family at her side. Esther was born March 27, 1932 in Hartford, Michigan the daughter of Frederick and Clara (Oliney) Menck. She was united in marriage to Richard Healy on July 22, 1957 in Angola, Indiana. Esther was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Paw Paw, Michigan. She enjoyed her flowers, being on the lake, taking pontoon rides and vacationing with the family. But most of all Esther enjoyed spending time with her family. Esther is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Richard, children; John Healy, Linda (Bob) Sekula, Stephanie Huges and Kim (Paul) Schauer, 13 grandchildren; 10 great-children and 1 great-great-grandchild, several nieces and nephews. Esther was preceded in death by a son; Frederick Carl Healy, 5 sisters and 1 brother. Funeral Mass will take place Friday, January 26, 2018 at 10:00 AM from St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Father Robert R. Creagan to officiate. Interment to follow in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will also take place Friday at the church from 9:00 AM until the time of Mass.
