Mrs. Edward “Edith” Hinga, age 93 of Plainwell passed away on December 23, at Allegan County Medical Care Facility. Edith was born on March 2, 1923 to Lee & Fannie Horton. She was a life member of the First Presbyterian Church of Plainwell. Visit with her family and friends on Tuesday, December 29 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Life Story Funeral Home, Plainwell; 120 Woodhams St. (685-5881). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 30 at 11:00 a.m. at the same location. Edith’s family includes her children: Norman (Shea Wetzler-Hinga) Hinga, Jean Hinga, David Hinga, Stephen Hinga, Kathleen (Randy) McNees, Edward C. Hinga II; 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
