Dorothy Healy passed away Friday, January 9, 2026 at Bronson Commons, Mattawan. Dot was born July 7, 1931 in Ackerman, Mississippi, the daughter of Loyd and Lura (Adams) Reed and has lived the majority of her life in the Gobles area. She married Leslie Healy on November 25, 1950 and together they had 3 children. They owned and operated Healy True Value Hardware for many years, and she was a member of the Gobles United Methodist Church and the Eastern Star. Surviving are her 3 children, Gary (Roxanne) Healy of Gobles, David (Renee) Healy of Texas Township, Gail (William) Massey of Gobles; 14 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; many great great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband; 3 brothers; and a sister. The family will meet friends 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the Gobles United Methodist Church Wednesday, January 14, 2026; where the memorial service will be 1:00PM with Pastor Sheila Baker, officiant.
