Dorothy Fisher

83, passed away peacefully January 9, 2019, after a lengthy illness. Born October 12, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Warren and Lillon (Garlock) Conklin. She is survived by the love of her life and husband of 42 years, Wayne R. Fisher of Granger, IN; two sons, Michael P. Adams of Bloomington, IN and Benn J. Adams in Portage, MI; sister, Sharon Valentine of Mission, TX; daughter-in-law, Jennifer L. Adams; and grandchildren, Oliver Andrew and Amelia Blythe Adams, all of Bloomington, IN. Dorothy was a very devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was also very intelligent. After obtaining her Master's degree, she worked as a Speech and Language Pathologist at Constance Brown Hearing and Speech Center in Kalamazoo, and later at Memorial Hospital, in South Bend, IN.
