Donna Mullen-Turner

Donna Mullen-Turner, age 48, of Kalamazoo, MI passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Borgess Medical Center. Donna was born in December 15, 1968, the daughter of Daniel Jay Mullen & Valerie (Carpenter) Mullen. She graduated from Parchment High School in 1987. She was employed at Borgess Medical Center as Logistics Support Technician. Donna enjoyed spending time with her family, attending Beach Boy concerts, going to water parks, liked late model cars and trucks, enjoyed going to car shows and hunting at the "Property". She was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church. She is survived by her loving husband, Les Turner, they were united in marriage on February 14, 2003. Also surviving are two sons, Daniel Jay Mullen-Turner and Nathan Charles Mullen-Turner; a young child who she loved as her own, Lexi Searles; her mother, Valerie Mullen; several aunts, uncles, nieces nephews and cousins; her father in law and mother in law, Charles and Shirley Turner; and her brother in law, Bruce (Cindy) Turner. She was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Jay Mullen. Friends may visit with the family from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St., Kalamazoo, MI 49007. The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, October 27, 2017 at the funeral chapel, with The Rev. Dr. Randall R. Warren officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the family for a scholarship fund to be established for her children.
