Donald McNees Sr.

Mr. Donald McNees Sr., age 77, of Vicksburg, MI passed away Monday August 28, 2017 with his family surrounded by his side. He was born March 1, 1940 in Benton Harbor, MI to the late Oral and Betty McNees Sr. Donald enjoyed watching Nascar, bowling, golfing and camping. He was a collector of model tractors and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his Brother Oral McNees Jr. and his sister Peggy Barry, two Grandsons along with one Great-Grandson. Donald is survived by his Wife Ruth McNees of Vicksburg, his children Donald (Christine) McNees Jr. of Leonidas, David (Sunny) McNees of Vicksburg, Dale (Sandy) McNees of Coffman, TX, Brenda McNees of Vicksburg and Daniel (Michelle) McNees of Portage, twenty Grandchildren and twenty three Great-Grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends. The family of Donald McNees will recieve friends on Thursday August 30, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m at Redmond Funeral Home. A public burial will take place at Vicksburg Cemetery on Saturday September 9, 2017 at 3:00 pm with a luncheon to follow.
