Donald R. Kent, 93, passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2018. He was born September 25, 1925 in Chicago, IL to the late Fred and Helen (Richards) Kent. Don was united in marriage to Irene Currie on October 29, 1949, who survives. Don served in the U.S. Navy until honorably discharged. Don and Irene enjoyed world traveling on several occasions. Don is survived by his wife, Irene Kent; children, Kevin (Edna) Kent and Kelly Kiburis; grandchildren, Keenan (Raelene) Kent, Kendall (Richard) Forward and Andy (Alexis) Kiburis; step-grandson, Brian Stinson; and several great-greatgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Stephen Kiburis; and grandson, Rudy Kiburis. No visitation or services are scheduled. Cremation has taken place. A private burial will take place in Ft.
