Dianne M. Neal, age 65, of Bradley, IL. passed away on Friday, January 13, 2012 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kankakee, IL. Dianne was born on December 26, 1946 in Kankakee County the daughter of Edmund and Mary Dumas. She married her longtime companion Raymond Neal on April 1st, 1984 in Kankakee County. Dianne retired in 2002 after 22 years of service at the Dwight Correctional Center, was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Bradley, IL., the Women of the Moose, the World Wildlife foundation, and several other environmental associations.

She is survived by her children; Ronald (Becky) Blackwell of Bradley, IL., Richard J. Neal of Bradley, IL., Mona Burnham of Panama City FL., Mike (Kim) Neal of Aroma Park, IL., Don (Judy) of Sylmar, CA., Dale (Debbie) Neal of Bradley, IL., Annie (Kevin) Kidd of Bradley, IL., Joseph Neal of Phoenix, AZ., and Richard C. (Deanne) Neal of Bradley, IL., a son-in-law Dan Radtke of Peotone, IL., brothers; LaVerne (Carol) Dumas of Bradley, IL. and Jerry (Sue) Dumas of Clifton, IL., a brother-in-law Jimmy (Freida) Neal of Sturgis, KY., a sister-in-law Julia Wooten of Riverside, CA., 17 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren. Dianne was preceded in death by her husband Raymond and a daughter Rae Anne Radtke.

A time of gathering will take place on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 from 4pm-7pm at Schreffler Life Story Funeral Homes Kankakee Chapel.

Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at 10am at St. Joseph’s catholic Church in Bradley, IL.
