David A. Frazine, of Galesburg passed away on Wednesday, May 8th, 2013 at the age of 62. David was born on July 7, 1950 in Grand Rapids. He is the son of Donald and Callie Frazine. For the past 10 years David has lived at the Douglas House, and the residents and staff there were very special to him.
David is survived by his parents: Donald and Callie Frazine, of Kalamazoo; five siblings: Gary DeBoe, of Grand Rapids; Michael (Vicky) Frazine, of AZ; Kathryn (Wayne) Balser, of South Haven; Randy (Tammy) Frazine, of CA; Naarah (Marcus) Potts, of Kalamazoo; numerous nieces and nephews; and his special extended family at the Douglas House.
There will be a memorial service for David on Saturday, May 18th at 3pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses , 4200 Nazareth Road, Kalamazoo. The family is being assisted by Life Story Funeral Home, 5975 Lovers Lane, Portage (269-344-5600).
