Cindy Decker

Cindy S. Decker, age 61, of Allegan, MI went to be with the Lord Tuesday, May 23, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer. Cindy was born April 27, 1956 in Battle Creek, the daughter of the late Raymond "Ike" and Shirley McKinley and had lived in the Allegan area for the majority of her life. Cindy and her husband Floyd owned the Chicora Country Store and most recently had worked the last several years at the D. L. Miller Funeral Home. Cindy truly loved life and cherished time spent with family and friends. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother, always putting her family first. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Surviving is her husband of nearly 42 years, Floyd, Jr., whom she married on June 20, 1975; son, Floyd III (Sara) Decker; grandsons, Gabriel and Anson; brother-in-law, Bob (Kimmy) Decker; her special sister, Barb (Gene) Marr; and special friend, Robin (Rob) Blake; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Steve McKinley. Following her wishes cremation has taken place. No service is being scheduled at this time.
