Cherie Sehy

Cherie Sehy, 63, passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2019. She was born September 14, 1955 in Kalamazoo to the late William and Geraldine (Frisbie) Cowles. Cherie was united in marriage to Terry Sehy, who preceded her in death in March of 2015. Cherie is survived by her children, Angela "Angie" Vanover, Benjamin "Ben" (Elicia) Sehy and Danny (Jo) Belt; grandchildren, Tyler Sinkler, Jazmyn Sehy, Lillie Sehy, William "Liam" Sehy, Julie Vanover, Jeffrey Vanover, Nikita Belt, Jade Belt and DJ Belt; great-grandchildren. Karmen and Kamila; sister-in-law, Betty Hoorn; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Eric Vanover; and brother, Richard Hoorn. The family will greet friends on Monday, August 19th from 10-11am at Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial & Cremation Services, 3926 S. 9th St., Kalamazoo, MI 49009 where a memorial service will begin at 11:00am.
