With his family and friends by his side, Brian A. Kapitan, age 57, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 4, 2017 at St. Luke’s Medical Center, Milwaukee. Brian was born in Kenosha, May 8, 1960, son of the late Anthony and Juliana “Jewel” (nee: Struhar) Kapitan.

An accomplished musician, Brian wrote the music that was played when he was united in marriage to Laura on June 7, 1997 at the Kemper Center in Kenosha. He loved his standing reservation at Sebastian’s every Friday where he enjoyed date night with Laura. Food and fine dining were one of his many passions. He enjoyed cooking delicious gourmet meals for family and friends.
