Bobbie Brown

Bobbie Earl Brown, age 62, of 57225 Linda Ave., Three Rivers, died peacefully at home Thursday, July 6, 2017. He was born on September 30, 1954, in Dermott, Arkansas, the son of Dorothy L. (McHenry) Cook and Nathan Peter Brown. He graduated from Three Rivers, High School in 1972. He completed his Associate's Degree from Glen Oaks Community College with studies in tool and die engineering. Mr. Brown used his education and was employed at Square-D and Essex Wire both in Three Rivers. He was later employed at American Axle, in Three Rivers for many years until he retired in 2008. Surviving relatives are two sons: Keith Brown (Cassie) of Scotts, Michigan and Derek Brown of Chicago, Illinois; Stepfather, Wille (AM) Cook (Hazel); two sisters: Linda Hopkins (Marcus) of Three Rivers, Sandra Hayden (Tommie) of Elkhart, Indiana; one brother Del Cook (Genine) of Three Rivers, Michigan; three grandchildren Ashlee Sanders, Bailee Brown and Decody Brown; ex-wife Deborah Brown; a host of nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and many cousins. Two brothers preceded him in death. Services will be held Thursday, July 13, 2017, at 1 p.m.at Hohner Funeral Home, 1004 Arnold St., Three Rivers, MI. Officiating will be Pastor LaChanuj Shelton, Sr. and Pastor Ledora King. Arrangements are by Hohner Funeral Home.
