Beverly Spoor

Beverly Rachael Spoor, age 85, passed away April 22, 2019 in Kalamazoo, MI. Beverly was born April 30, 1933 in West Branch, MI, the daughter of Everett and Elsie (Bemis) Osborne. On June 27, 1951, she was united in marriage to Harold G. Spoor. For over 15 years she was employed in housekeeping at Borgess Medical Center. She attended the Church of Christ in Plainwell. Surviving are her 3 daughters Peggy Stuart, Kathy (Chip) Maturen, Rachel Hilton; 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sister Janet Adams; sister-in-law Rebecca Osborne; and numerous niece and nephews. Beverly was preceded in death by her husband Harold Spoor in 2001; her parents; her son-in-law Harry G. Stuart; 3 granddaughters; a great-granddaughter; her siblings Wayne Osborne, Maxine (Gerald) King, Junior (Margaret) Osborne, Bill (Sue) Osborne, Donavan (Norma) Osborne, Naomi (George) Kosiara, Lois Osborne, Floyd Adams, William Osborne. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 7:00pm on Wednesday, May 1st at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick Street. The funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, May 2nd at the Memorial Chapel with Pastor Doug Kranenburg officiating. A private burial will take place with her husband at Ft.
