Barry Stowell

Barry passed away Sunday, September 22, 2019 at Rose Arbor Hospice. He was born August 19, 1947 in Kalamazoo the son of Armand and Maxine (Briggs) Stowell. Barry enjoyed hunting, especially for deer, bowling, being outside in his yard and flower gardens and following Notre Dame Football and NASCAR. On September 29, 1964 in Kalamazoo he married Lynne Brown and would have celebrated 55 years together next week. Also surviving are his children, Kim (Craig) Binder of Portage and Steve Stowell of Galesburg; grandchildren, Kayleigh and Kyle Binder and Tyler Stowell; siblings, Gay Lee Warner of Three Rivers and Roberta Jones; sister-in-law, Sue Pasch of Kalamazoo along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother. Per his request cremation has taken place. Friends may visit and share a memory with Barry's family from 6-8 P.M., Saturday, September 28, 2019 at the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego.
