Barbara Channells

Barbara Lou (Randall) Channells, age 88, of Gun Lake, MI passed away on February 23, 2018 at Spectrum Pennock. Barb was born in Otsego, MI on July 2, 1929. She was a longtime resident of Michigan. Barb worked as a banker, bus driver, and at Orangeville Township volunteering with the voting. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting, hot air balloons and spending time with family and friends as well as attending her great grandchildren’s many events such as wrestling, football. She is survived by her children: David Sans (Lynn), Kristie Hermenitt and Doug Sans; 3 step children: Babe Swiontek, Barb O’Brien, and Dennis (Carole) Channells; 21 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Barb was proceeded in death by her husband Claude Channells, her son Daniel Sans and her daughter Linda Sans. A memorial service will be at the McCowen & Secord Family Funeral Home in Plainwell; 120 S. Woodhams St. on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 11:30.
