Anne Marie Krewal, born into this world March 21, 1918, in Marinette County, WI. She left this mortal coil December 17, 2017, Heavens new Angel! Most will want to know how she died, I want to relate how she lived! A tenacity and determination that never quits!

And live she did, this woman who gave me Life, TodD Anthony Krewal, God bless you mom! She lived a propitiously long, dynamic and rewarding life. Anne was born of a large Belgian American poor farming family, of harsh rustic frontier conditions in Brownsville, WI, 9th of 10 Children born of Julia Desiree (Goffard) and William George DeKeuster. The DeKeuster family lived in Amberg, Wisc. until 1926. They moved to Racine, WI in 1926 to find employment and opportunity. Anne was schooled at Holy Name Catholic Grade School and St. Catherine’s Catholic High School where she graduated. Mom sought employment at Great Lakes Military complex worked in the PX as a clerk. There she met my father John F. Krewal, a US Airforce Officer Rank of Staff Sergeant. They were married in 1948, post WWII in Racine, WI. John and Anne raised 8 fiercely independent, unique children. Kathleen, John, Merita, Jeanne, Chuck, TodD, Bill and Patricia, WOW! They gave us an amazing moral foundation and a dependable moral compass to create lives of substance and value. Thank you with all my heart Mom and Dad!

Mom was a very devout religious woman, praying daily. She was dedicated to Traditional Catholicism, It was her guiding light for life. Mom lived life of adventure, fun, great expectations, Love of her family and life, always laughing and teasing. Her adventurous nature and spirit was unparalleled. She loved Racine and all the wonderful assets it provided and a permanent Foundation to grow our lives. Racine was her hometown until her death at Ascension Hospital.

Mom has a legacy of 11 grandchildren, Joe, Bonnie, Heather, Tatiana, Katya, Leeland, Richard, Dylan, Mandie, Lucas, Candace; 12 great grandchildren – Gage, Gavin, Christopher, Lidianna, Ivan, Sam, Arron and Adam, Michael and Caleb, Rowan, and Ajax; 2 great great grandchildren, Cayden and Wesley. Without a doubt mom's legacy will live on in me. A debt I will repay by living the fullest life I will extract love and kindness daily, taught to me by this powerful, amazing, inspirational and gentle woman!

I love You Mom Forever!
