Ann Marie Bullinger

Ann Marie (Robbins) Bullinger peacefully departed this world for the next on August 27, 2020, at her home with family by her side. Ann was 84 years young. Ann was born on June 24, 1936, to Lester and Marian (Creagan) Robbins in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She graduated from St. Augustine's in 1954, and Western Michigan University in 1958. She met the love of her life, Gerald (Jerry) Bullinger, whom she married in 1960. After moving to Howell in 1977, Ann began her long career at Citizen's Insurance Company as an Insurance Underwriter. Ann was well-traveled, loved her church, had an incredible sense of humor with an infectious laugh, and loved a good Amaretto Stinger. Her gentle and positive nature will be so missed by all of those who have been lucky enough to have known her. Ann was a devoted and loving mother to Steve Bullinger (Heather Clark), Jeff Bullinger, Jim Bullinger (Pam), Patricia Lybrink, Kevin Bullinger, John Bullinger, brothers Jack Robbins (Sharon), Jim Robbins (Marion), sisters Nancy Mauer (Matt), and Mary Lou Farrow. Ann was an adoring grandmother to Eric Bullinger, Keith Bullinger (Sarah), Craig, Brian and Josh Bullinger, Riley and Nathan Bullinger, Amanda and Adam Lybrink (Samantha Pendell), Natalie Bullinger, and Aiden Bullinger; she was the proud great grandmother of Noah and Tyler Bullinger, Bennett, Kendall and Elle Bullinger, Briana and Jacob Teller, and Lucas Lybrink. Ann is preceded in death by husband Gerald Bullinger and sister Martha Ogrin. Visitation will be 9am with Mass at 10am on Saturday September 12, 2020, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Jackson, MI. There will be an outdoor luncheon immediately following.
