Nicholas Zakarzecki

Nicholas Robert Zakarzecki, aged 25, of Newaygo, formerly of Grand Rapids, passed away unexpectedly Friday, September 5, 2008 of accidental injuries. Surviving are his son, Robert James Zakarzecki; mother, Bobbi Roberts and her husband, Wess; father, John Zakarzecki and his wife, Vicki; sister, Mallory Olejniczak; brother, Scott Zakarzecki; grandmother, Esther Kamyszek; aunt, Jan (Wayne) Reif; uncle, Robert (Jenn) Kamyszek; step brothers, step sisters, cousins, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Kamyszek. Nick was a 2001 graduate of West Catholic High School. A Mass of Christian Burial and Committal Service will be celebrated at Holy Spirit Catholic Church Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. He will repose in church one hour prior to Mass. His family will receive visitors Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Arsulowicz Brothers, Remembrance Mortuary, 3525 Remembrance Rd., where a vigil service will be held Tuesday, 6:30 p.m. Memorial contributions towards his son's care will be appreciated.
