Zachary Allyn Woodcock of Merrill, MI Beloved son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew and friend Zachary Allyn Woodcock, 21, of Merrill, died unexpectedly January 20, 2018, with his family by his side. Zachary was a truck driver for Standard Electric. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and taking motorcycle trips with his dad. Zachary had a huge heart and often put others before himself. This was evident by his choice to be an organ donor through the Gift of Life Foundation. Because of Zachary's gifts at least six lives will be saved. Zachary is survived by his father and step-mother, Brian Woodcock and Colleen Gray of Merrill; his mother and step-father, Roxanne and Todd Topham of Kalamazoo; his brother, Luke (Kayleen) and nephews, Henry and Oliver of Colorado; brother, Wesley of Kalamazoo; his sisters, Amelia (Jacob Smith) of Florida, Sydney of Kalamazoo; brother Austin of Kalamazoo; and his beloved dog, Beauty. He also leaves his paternal grandparents, Gary (Sandy) Woodcock of New Mexico; Linda Mich of Bay City; and grandparents, Mary Gray of Saginaw, and Jim and Patricia Moiles of Portage, and Tim Topham of Frankenmuth. Zachary was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Jack and Lois Schmerheim of Saginaw. He is also survived by his extended family Jan, Karen, Katie and Ryan (MaryAnn) von Reichbauer, his brothers at the Iron Order, many incredible friends, several aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 24, 2018, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Fischer Family Funeral Home, 504 N. Michigan Ave., Saginaw, MI 48602. Visitation will continue on Thursday, January 25, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at Peace Lutheran Church, 3427 Adams Ave., Saginaw, MI 48602. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that you consider donations to the Gift of Life Foundation.
