Wymon Ledlow

Wymon Ledlow, 84, of Venice, FL died Wednesday August 2, 2017 in Venice. Mr. Ledlow was born on May 6, 1933 in Decatur, AL to Elbert and Wadie (Hughes) Ledlow. He was a resident of Venice for several years coming from Kalamazoo, MI. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the Army. Mr. Ledow is survived by his wife, Shirley (Keysor) Ledlow; his children, Wymon (Kim) Ledlow, II, Robert (Judy) Ledlow, James (Kelly) Ledlow, Ray Campbell, Mick (Elena) Suter and Cindy (Harold) Nestle; his sister, Margaret Peterson, Theresa Rodabon; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Wymon was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Andy Campbell; a sister, Patricia Brooks. A service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday August 9, 2017 at Toale Brothers Funeral Homes, Ewing Chapel, 140 E. Venice Avenue, Venice. Private interment will be held at Sarasota National Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made in his memory to St. Francis Animal Rescue of Venice, 1925 S. Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL 34293 or the American Cancer Society.
