William Cotton

William Henry Cotton, age 75, of Pawleys Island, SC died Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at his residence. Born in Glendale, WV, he was a son of the late William Presley and Peggy Lydick Cotton. William was a "rockin" great husband, dad, grandfather and great- grandfather.Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Merry Cotton; children, Merry Anne Hetrick of Austin, TX, Lori Thames (Henry) of Moncks Corner and Will Cotton (Kristin) of Summerville, SC; grandchildren, Brad Woodworth, Merry Caitlin Hetrick, Andrew, Mitchell and Hayley Niswander, Tristan and Sebastian Cotton; great grandchildren, Chase, Blake and Levi Woodworth.A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, September16, 2017, at First Baptist Church of Murrells Inlet. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: National Pancreatic Cancer Society, www.npcf.us Goldfinch Funeral Home, Beach Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
