William W. Brockie, age 93, of Portage, MI passed away January 5, 2018. Born in Kalamazoo, Michigan September 16, 1924. Son of Glenn W. Brockie, Pearl S. Brockie. William (Bill) grew up in Portage residing at West Lake. Bill enjoyed lake living and had a love of animals. He's survived by son Charles Roy (Lynn) Brockie, daughters Denise Brockie, Carol (Roger) Mucha. Three grandchildren (and spouses), 2 great grandchildren. In honor of Bill donations may be made to Kalamazoo Animal Rescue. Family will greet guests Friday January 12th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Portage Senior Center.
