Walter Timothy (Tim) King, 72 of Williamsburg, formerly of Harrison Twp. MI, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2018.

He was born on January 5, 1945 in Detroit, MI, the son of Walter and Margaret (Sally) King.

Tim was a Pipe-fitter for Chrysler for 30 years when he retired. He was a proud member of the U.A.W.

He married his "lovely wife", Charlene of 44 years; they were married on November 2, 1973 in Harrison Twp. Tim and his family vacationed in Traverse City, spending many wonderful times. In 1996, when they retired, they decided that TC would be their new home.

He was an avid boater and was a member of the Sea Raiders. He was a classic car enthusiast and a member of several car clubs. Tim favorite car was his 1970 Dodge Charger RT, the “Trophy Winner". He and Charlene participated in the Monday night, Culver’s car events. Tim was an only child and very fortunate to have made many wonderful friends from all walks of life.

Tim is survived by his wife, Charlene (Maza) King; son, Bryan King, and his best friend and grand dog; Cooper.
