Age 65, passed away in the early hours of March 21st at his home in Portage. Surviving are his wife of 25 years, Margaret "Peggy" Boucher, his sister, Anita R. Boucher of Sarasota, Florida, and brother-in-law, William B. Wilson of Kalamazoo. A celebration of Vic's life will be held and announced at a later date.
