Todd Mullin

Todd Anthony Mullin, age 40 of Mattawan, died following a motorcycle accident on September 29, 2021. He was born on September 25, 1981, in Kalamazoo, the son of Ed and Bev (Kempthorne) Mullin. Todd was a 2000 graduate of Mattawan High School, where he enjoyed playing soccer. He owned and operated TMC Exteriors, a siding and general construction company. His business was his passion, and he took immense pride in his finished products. If he was not working in the field, he was planning how to make his next job his best. Todd enjoyed riding his motorcycles and sleds. He frequented Bike Nights around the area. In his free time, he enjoyed spending time in the woods hunting. His favorite place to visit was the cabin on the Kempthorne property in the Upper Peninsula. He spent many hours working around the property with his Grandpa Ernie while growing up. Todd loved his dogs. For 16 years Cooper has been his faithful companion and for the last 3 years he had also had Dixie by his side. His family also includes his parents Ed & Bev Mullin; his sister, Sandy Mullin; his niece, Kendra Boothby; his nephew, Ethan Boothby; his grandmothers, Barbara Kempthorne and Elizabeth Mullin; his aunts and uncles: Chris Mullin, Jim Mullin, Marian Stewart, Paul Mullin, Steve (Emily) Mullin, Carol Hicks, Mark Kempthorne, and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Ernest Kempthorne and Walter Mullin, his uncles, Thomas Hicks and James Stewart and his cousin Scott Hicks. Friends may visit with his family on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, from 4:00-8:00 PM at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Burial & Cremation Services, 3926 South 9th Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49009.
