Timothy Ouding

Tim, 63, of Comstock, died with family by his side at home on July 24, 2019. He was born August 23, 1955 in Kalamazoo, son of James and Clara Ouding. Tim graduated from Comstock High School in 1973. Tim worked at Continental Linen Service for 30 years. Tim enjoyed UofM sports and his classic show cars, which he loved. On February 2, 2019, Tim married his love, Carolyn, and she cared for him and held his hand until the very end. They enjoyed many beautiful memories together. He enjoyed his wife and his large family. His family includes his wife, Carolyn; step-children, Jenni, Sara, Jason, Jackie, Timmy, and Jeremy; sisters and brothers, Norma Cooley, James, Dennis (Sharon), Don (Deborah), Lenna Ouding (John Grivins), Angeline Wojdyla, Henry (Kandice), and Terri Jo Ouding (his twin); twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and mother and brothers, Henry H., Bruce Lynn, and Baby Ouding. Visitation will be held Monday, July 29 from 2-4:00 & 6-8:00 PM at Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial & Cremation Services, 3926 S 9th St, Kalamazoo, Michigan 49009, where a funeral service will take place Tuesday, July 30 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park South. Memorial donations may be directed to West Michigan Cancer Center or Heartland Hospice.
