Teresa "Teri" Dunfield

Teresa "Terri" Dunfield, 61, passed away Saturday, November 30, 2019 at her home. She was born June 26, 1958, in Kalamazoo, MI a daughter of the late Robert and Bethany-Anne (Harris) Dunfield. Terri lived in California from 1989 until 2016 when she returned "home" to be with family. On November 23, 2013, Terri married Selise Smith after a "courtship" of 18 years, who survives. Also surviving are her sister, Sherri (Steve) Dokey; sister-in-law, Karla Torres; nieces and nephew, Kali Condon (Sean), Kassi Nine (Lance), James Reynolds, Shiloh Reynolds and Aldenee Suomala; and many grand-nephews and -nieces, family and friends. To know Terri was to lover her. She had an infectious personality that made everyone feel good. A memorial service will be held 11:00 Saturday morning, December 14th at Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial & Cremation Services, 3926 S 9th St, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. A reception will follow the service for a time of sharing stories and remembering Terri. In lieu of flowers, memorials should be directed to the Eastwood Firefighter's Association.
