Susan Karnas

Susan died unexpectedly on March 23, 2021 at her home in Honeoye Falls, N.Y. She was born on May 29, 1958 to Joan (Ufkes) Blincoe and James Ufkes. She graduated from Portage Central High School with the class of 1976 and from WMU Lee Honors College. Her influence lives on in the hearts and minds of so many lucky people who were blessed by her love, talents and adventurous spirit. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by her family. She was preceded in death by her father James Ufkes, infant son Louis Karnas, sister Cheryl Richardson and stepsister Karen (Blincoe) Metzelaar. She is survived by her mother Joan (Richard) Blincoe, husband Allan Karnas, son Adam (Kate) Karnas and daughter Sophie Karnas, sister Ramah Ufkes, brother Philip (Rebecca) Ufkes, stepsister Kathleen (Tim) Grinwis and Stepbrothers Rick (Vonda) Blincoe, Tom Blincoe, David Blincoe and Greg (Mikki) Blincoe.
