Steven Crow

Passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2018. Age 67. Steve was born in Battle Creek on December 2, 1950, the son of the late Robert "Bucky" Crow and Lorna Budd Crow. He graduated from Harper Creek High School in 1969 and attended Western Michigan University until the illness and death of his father pulled him back home. Steve worked in retail electronics sales. During his career he worked for Allman's, Fretter and Sears. He was an avid sports enthusiast but enjoyed golf most of all. Steve and his wife Kathy loved to travel, taking trips to Mexico, Canada, England, Europe, Jamaica, and their favorite golf destination Hawaii. Steve is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Kathleen Waldo Crow; two brothers, Robert Crow and Philip (Kathy) Crow; one brother-in-law, Bob Waldo; and four sisters-in-law, Colleen Pedersen, Patricia Ann Hoover, Christine (Bob) Thomson and Shannon (John) Sankey; many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and extended family. According to Steven's wishes his body has been donated to the University of Michigan Medical School. A celebration of Steve's life will be held from 6 9 p.m. on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at North Eleven, 5585 Gull Rd. Comstock, MI 49048. In lieu of flowers or memorial donations, the family asks that you honor Steve by paying it forward with an act of kindness to someone in need.
