Sister Joan Gagner CSJ

Sister Joan Gagner CSJ, age 96, of Nazareth, MI passed away on July 30, 2016. Sister Joan Gagner was born on November 20, 1919 in Detroit, MI, the daughter of Frederick and Pauline Gagner. Gagner was a member of the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Nazareth since 1937. Surviving are several cousins, dear friends and the Congregation of Sisters of St. Joseph. Preceded in death by her parents and only sister, Frances Gagner. Friends will be received at the Nazareth Center Tuesday August 2, 2016, after 4 PM. A Vigil Service will be held Tuesday, 7 PM, in the Holy Family Chapel where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, 10:30 AM. Interment: Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
