Sir Walter Adams

Adams, Sir Walter 7/13/1931 - 12/8/2020 Iron, MI Sir Walter Adams 89 of Irons, MI, Passed away on December 8, 2020 at home peacefully with family. Walter was born on July 13, 1931 to David and Aristene (Griffith) Adams (deceased). Walter married Marlene Joan Nadwornik (deceased) on September 16, 1950. Walter served our country in the United Stated Army during the Korean War. He had his own Water Well Drilling Business for many years in the Kalamazoo and Northern Michigan Area. Walter enjoyed hunting and fishing in his retirement. He always had a special place in his heart for his friends in New Foundland Walter was preceded in death by wife, Marlene Joan, son William and survived by daughter Joan (Steve) Schryer, Son Walter John Adams. Walter was preceded in death by his brothers Sam, Albee, Ted, Richard, and David. Also, by his sister Wilma. He is survived by one sister Rene Sausaman, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, several nieces, and nephews. As with Walters wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service at Fort Custer National Cemetery will take place at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Michigan.
