Sergio Dreon

Sergio F. Dreon, age 92, of Escanaba, MI passed away peacefully Sunday, December 4, 2016 at OSF St. Francis Hospital in Escanaba. Sergio was born September 14, 1924 in Negaunee to Alberto and Maria (Vallier) Dreon, graduated from St. Paul School, Class of 1942, and then joined the United States Army later that year. On December 2, 1950 he married Barbara Dreon, who survives. He is also survived by his daughter, Sheila (Bill) Lehouillier; a sister-in-law, Sally J. Dreon; as well as nieces: Maria Dreon-Pennington and family and Julie Dreon-Ryan and family; and nephew, Louis J. Dreon II. We all loved you so very much. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Louie Dreon. Family and friends can visit at 11 AM on Thursday (Dec. 8) at Koskey Funeral Home, 106 West Main Street; Negaunee, MI, where funeral service will begin at 12 Noon. Burial will be in the Negaunee Cemetery. A luncheon will follow at the St. Paul School gymnasium.
