Ronald Rasler

Ronald Gilbert Rasler, Sr., age 79, of Parchment, MI passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016. Age 79. Ronald was born in Mongo, IN on April 26, 1937, the son of the late Gilbert Rasler and Marjorie (Spearow) Dustin. He was employed by Consumers Energy, retiring after 37 years of service. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He is survived by three children, Ron Rasler Jr., Rhonda (Doug) Smith and Chris (Michelle) Rasler; fifteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and one sister, Connie (Everett) Behnke. A private family graveside service will be held in Hope Cemetery in Texas Township. A Celebration of Ronald's life will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, December 9th at the clubhouse at Gull Prairie Apartments, 4350 Gull Prairie Dr., Kalamazoo, MI 49048.
