Roberta Harris-Sharp

Passed away Friday evening August 31, 2018 at home being loved by her family as she wished. Bobbie fought an incredibly difficult battle with cancer for over 6 years. Bobbie was born August 10, 1953 in Uniontown, Pennsylvania a daughter of Robert and Jessie (Addie) Ross. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident since 1980 and was employed with Perrigo before becoming ill. She was preceded in death by her mother; her first husband, Bernard Du Shane in 1988; and her second husband, Larry Harris in 2000. On October 1, 2016, she was united in marriage to Tom Sharp who survives. Also surviving, 3 children, Michelle (Jason) Reenders of Decatur, and Robert (Nicole) Du Shane and Allen (Michelle Stripe) Du Shane all of Kalamazoo ; 3 step-daughters, Jen (Spence) Lewandowski, Chrissy (Jeff) Longcore, Becky (Jessie) Hill; grandchildren; a great-grandson; her father, Robert Ross of Manheim, PA; 2 twin brothers, Curtis (Sue) Ross and David (Betty) Ross; a sister, Sharon (Doug) Wuellner all of Toledo, OH; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be 4-7pm Wednesday and a service will be held at 3 o'clock Thursday, both at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 South 9th St. Private interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Perrysburg, OH at a later date.
