Robert Rapp

Robert T. Portage Age 87, passed away on Monday, March 29, 2021. Bob was born in Kalamazoo, on March 17, 1934, the son of Paul and Lucile (Plotts) Rapp. He proudly served his country in the U. S. Navy. On December 13, 1954, he married G. Dawn Weed who preceded him in death on November 30, 2009. On July 12, 2010, he married Judith Brown who survives him. Bob worked for many years in the administrative department of the Kalamazoo County Road Commission. Besides Judy he is survived by his children, Robert P. (Lori) Rapp, Martha (Tim) McDaniel, Fred (Anne Marie) Rapp, David (Shaun) Rapp; daughter-in-law, Debbie Rapp; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; niece, Beth (Don) Hauck. Besides his first wife, he was preceded in death by his parents; son, Mark E. Rapp; grandson, Tyler Rapp; and a sister, Maxine Mortenson.
