Surrounded by his loving family, Robert E. Lindsay, age 83, passed away Monday morning, June 26, 2017. Bob was born in Tilden, Illinois, June 20th, 1934, son of the late Eugene and Roberta (Nee: McQuater) Lindsay.

On June 9, 1956 in Monmouth, IL he was united in marriage to Kathryn “Mary Kay” M. Bishop, who preceded him in death, January 25, 2012. Bob, a tennis teaching professional, was an integral part of Racine’s tennis community. For over fifty years Bob was an instructor, coach, and mentor at Racine Unified, Racine Tennis Club, Meadowbrook Country Club and the North Shore Club. Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family Friday at the church from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at 12:00 P.M. Private interment will be held at Country Haven Cemetery, Caledonia.
