Robert Constantino

CONSTANTINO, Mr. Robert Constantino, aged 91, of Grand Rapids, passed away on March 24, 2015 surrounded by his loving daughters. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret; and siblings, Theresa, Richard, and Rita. Robert is survived by his daughters, Julie Constantino, Robyn (Anthony) Brow, and Paula (David) MacKenzie; grandchildren, Maggie, Bobby, and Ian. Also surviving are his siblings, Charles (Esther) Constantino, Anthony (Dolores) Constantino, and Ralph (Sharlene) Constantino; and several nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the staff at Clark on Keller Lake – Oxford Manor, for their extraordinary care and compassion over the past two years. Robert was a WWII Veteran who served in the U.S. Army Air Corp. He moved to Grand Rapids in 1949 and began working for Grand Rapids Television. He was later a partner with Advance Television for over 30 years. Robert will be remembered for living life to the fullest and sharing his positive outlook with all he came in contact with. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Friday, March 27, 2015, at Holy Spirit Parish, 2230 Lake Michigan Dr. NW. The family will receive visitors at church from 9-10 AM and following the Mass during a time of fellowship.
