Burt, Robert W 1/5/1926 - 4/24/2016 Fort Myers, FL Robert W Burt Age 90 of Fort Myers Florida, passed away April 24, 2016. Bob was a proud World War II Veteran, Husband and father of seven children, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be dearly remembered as loving, humble, caring, generous, intelligent, humorous and a great friend to many. He was a great leader as he lead by being a great example. He leaves behind a loving wife (Charlotte), seven children and their families. Bob was born in Holland, MI and has lived in the Grand Rapids and the Gun Lake area till moving to Fort Myers several years ago. Charlotte will be residing in the Western Michigan area near a large portion of her family. The family is hosting a Celebration of Life Memorial at Cornerstone Church, 1675 84th St. SE, in Caledonia Township on Friday Sept. 16, 2016. Meet and greet family and friends from 5 to 6:30 pm. A short memorial will follow. Food and beverage served. Friends and family are welcome to this casual event.
