Robert "Bob" Riggs

Age 92, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 20, 2019. Bob was born on January 5, 1927, in Three Rivers. He was a proud WW II Army veteran who served in Europe. He was a meat cutter by trade and was the owner of Butcher Bob's. He served the Lord faithfully for over 50 years at Oakwood Bible Church. He was a loving father to Lon (Diane) Huffman, Steve (Dianne) Riggs, Pam (Warren) Logan; Grandpa to six grandchildren; Great-Grandpa to eleven; and Uncle Bob to his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Eleanor (Munk) Riggs, his parents and all seven siblings. A service to celebrate Bob's life will be held on Monday, June 24, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. at Oakwood Bible Church, 4100 Oakland Drive, Kalamazoo.
