BEARUP- Robert, aged 67, of Grand Rapids passed away on April 24, 2015. He was preceded in death by his father, Carrol Owen Bearup. Bob is survived by his wife of 44 years, Arlene; children, James (Kristen) Bearup and Rich Bearup; grand-daughter, Eva; and mother, Phyllis Tyler. Also surviving are his 2 brothers; 4 sisters; 2 brothers-in-law; 1 sister-in-law; and many nieces and nephews. Bob was an avid outdoorsman and a Jack of All Trades. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1 PM on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at Heritage Life Story Funeral Homes, 2120 Lake Michigan Dr. NW with Pastor Steve Zerbe officiating. The family will receive visitors on Monday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Contributions in his memory may be made to American Diabetes Association.
