Rob passed away unexpectedly on July 21, 2019, at the age of 36. He was born in Pontiac, Michigan on August 4, 1982 to Ruth Ann Allard who preceded him in death. He lived many years with his dearly loved grandmother, Mary A. Allard. Rob attended Plainwell Community Schools. Rob was a firm believer in our Lord, Jesus Christ. He enjoyed attending Grace Spring Bible Church with close friends, Chris Crock and Laurel Palermo. Rob also loved family gatherings and getting together with friends. His hobbies included golfing, watching stock car races at Kalamazoo Speedway, listening to music, and Detroit Pistons basketball. Rob took great pride in cooking meals and serving people at the Kalamazoo Gospel Mission. But, first and foremost, he loved spending time with his children, Bryona and Logan. They were the two loves of his life.

Surviving members of his family are his children, Bryona Ormsby and Logan Allard, grandmother (Nana) Mary A. Allard, aunt and uncle Jim and Sandy Blake, step cousins Andy Blake and Ben Blake.

There will be a small, private family memorial service at a later date. Cremation has taken place. Contributions may be made to the Kalamazoo Gospel Mission or Grace Spring Bible Church. Arrangements being made by McCowen and Secord Family Funeral Home in Plainwell, MI.
