Ramon Lasco

Lasco, Ramon Ramon Keith Lasco, age 82, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 18, 2017. He was born in Three Rivers, MI in July of 1934 to the late Tracy and Ruth Lasco. He leaves behind his son Timothy and Sister Penny (Obe) VanderTol as well as his nieces Jennifer (Michael) Montgomery and Jessica (Shon) Coleman. Following his 1953 graduation from Three Rivers High School Ramon served his country in the U. S. Army. He was stationed in Japan during the Korean Conflict. After his military discharge he continued his education and obtained both a Bachelors' and Master's degree from Western Michigan University. Ramon would become a dedicated teacher with Bloomingdale High School, retiring after many years of service. He was a committed coach of both the high school baseball and basketball teams, leading his basketball team to win a state championship. He also enjoyed skydiving and was an avid bowler. Per Ramon's wishes, cremation has taken place. He will be interred during a graveside service at the family plot in Park Township Cemetery, Saint Joseph County.
