Paul Moeller

Passed away Thursday evening, January 17, 2019. Paul was born September 1, 1929 in Cleveland, OH the son of the late Friedrich and Herta (Gohlke) Moeller. He was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Prior to his retirement Paul was a Chemical Engineer for various manufacturing companies across the country. He was a member of Westwood United Methodist Church and was an avid golfer. Paul enjoyed watching airplanes and sporting events. He was also an avid Cleveland Indians and Browns fan. On December 30, 1976 he was united in marriage to his loving wife of 42 years, Lois (Goers), who survives. Also surviving are his children, Sandra (Edward) Green, Susan (John) Fraser, Judy Moonert; son-in-law, Edward Slack; daughter-in-law, Nancy (Paul) Naim; 7 grandchildren, Christopher, Phylicia, Brandon, Zachary, Peter, William, and Christopher; brother-in-law, Dr. Vernon Wendt; and several nieces and nephews. Paul was preceded in death by step children, Eileen Slack and David Moonert; and his sister, Hildegard Wendt. Friends may meet the family from 1:00-2:00pm Saturday, February 2 at the Westwood United Methodist Church, 538 Nichols Rd where a memorial service to celebrate Paul's life will be held at 2:00pm.
